11 June 2018 – Muon Solutions enters collaboration with Arctic Planetary Science Institute (APSI)

Muon Solutions (“the Company”) wishes to announce that it has commenced collaboration with the Arctic Planetary Science Institute (APSI).  APSI, a registered organisation dedicated to promote planetary geology and closely related fields, conducts research and public outreach. The ‘arcticness’ in APSI’s name refers to the location of its official headquarters in northern Finland close to the Arctic circle. Even so, the institute knows no physical boundaries. APSI members are currently (2018) based in Finland, Germany, and Sweden.

APSI functions as a virtual institute, and most of its daily operations are conducted online. APSI collaborates with other national and international parties affiliated with planetary science. They give talks and organise outreach activities associated with planetary and space sciences. They also organise scientific conferences, seminars and meetings.

The said collaboration strengthens the Company’s capability to offer unusual commercial geoscientific services to clients in need of unusual expertise. Potential clients could be scientific programs interested in planetary geology or, for example, conduct impact crater research on Earth.

The specialities of APSI’s members are listed here. For more info, contact us.
